1How do we find the boat? Is there a specific meeting point?
Once the booking will be confirmed, you will receive an email from our booking department stating main details of the reservation, including details regarding the meeting point.
Considering we can depart from any port of the region, according to the place from where you would like to depart, we will send you a detailed map and picture of the embarkation pier.
Moreover, we will share with you the Captain mobile number in case of any last minute communication.
In any case our operation department will be on always on duty for any occurrence.
2Are you coming to pick us up at the hotel?
We would like to inform that pick up from the hotel is available upon request.
Please note that some of the best hotels on the Amalfi Coast and in Sorrento have their private pier.
Please also note that some ports are in pedestrian area (Positano – Capri) and pick up is not available from the hotel, due to the presence of steps. In case you need any further assistance, please don’t hesitate to ask.
3Do you provide snorkeling gears?
Yes, We provide snorkeling equipment on board.
Water toys, such as Seabob, Efoil and similar are available upon request.
4Do provide lifejackets?
Yes, as per maritime law, all our boats have lifejackets for adults and for children.
Moreover, our crew is fully entitled to perform their job and well trained in case of any emergency.
Please note that lifejacket must be used only in case of emergency and not as a water toy.
5Can we stop swimming as often as we want?
With no doubt, swimming is one of the best activity to perform during a journey on a yacht.
Any of the places where we use to sail offers amazing bays and coves where to swim.
We always consider a couple of times for swimming, but please consider that our crew will be at your disposal for the entire journey and if you want to swim more, just let them know.
6I am allergic/Gluten Free, do you provide snack for me?
On board we provide a nice selection of snacks and drinks.
In case you have any intolerance or specific request, please let us know with the right advance.
7Is the tour timetable flexible?
For a pleasant day at sea, we suggest to start the tour at 10:00 and return at around 17:30-18:00.
Those are the best hours at sea.
Moreover, in case you would like to modify the departure time or return time, please inform our booking department, in order to find the best solution and fulfill your needs.
8Are animals allowed on board?
We love animals and we respect nature, but unfortunately pets are not allowed on board.
In case you are travelling with pets, dog sitting service is available.
